Research Interest: My research interest is using first principles to explore the electronic and optical properties of material. My research is currently focused on the optical properties of Copper(I) Iodide (CuI). This involves various computational tools, such as density functional theory and the Bethe–Salpeter equation. In the future, I will be optically pumping the system and exploring the real time dynamics of CuI to try and understand the fundamental aspects of relaxation.
